Prospective customers enter basic personal and financial information in response to voice prompts or by completing a simple web-based form. Infisolutions instantly gathers the required information, accesses the credit bureau or mail file, and applies the financial institution’s underwriting criteria if needed.

Within minutes, a personalized response is delivered to the customer (while on-line or on the phone) and the accessed information is sent to the institution (via email, fax or electronic file).

Applicants can be prompted to transfer card balances to the new account. The record of each consumer credit card is forwarded to the client or fulfillment house for card issuance.
