Maintenance Plan : Our maintenance plan will include uploading and making changes to the content of the website. Changes to the graphic elements or any graphic design work (or adding new pages to site) is not included as part of this package. Maximum of 4 changes/updates per month. Advanced maintenance plans will have no update restrictions.

Cancellation of service must be given thirty (30) days in advance by E-mail or via Fax to 678-426-0110.. All amounts due are billed to Customer’s elected credit / debit card or checking account. If, for any reason, we are unable to obtain settlement for any amount due then Customer has until the 15 th of the month in which the statement is due to provide UTrust Solutions with alternative credit/debit account information. Accounts not settled by the 15 th of any month will be subject temporary or permanent disconnection. Late payments may also result in a service charge being Applied. This agreement serves as authorization for UTrust Solutions to automatically deduct the monthly service from Customer’s nominated credit/debit/checking account where appropriate .
